Community Impact Grants
Community Impact Grants offer a range of funding opportunities for neighborhood groups and small nonprofits to implement meaningful, community-centered projects.
Whether you're hosting a neighborhood movie night, organizing a community health fair, coordinating a litter cleanup, installing signage or benches, or launching a green initiative like a tree planting or garden build—there’s a grant to help make it happen.
Three Grants, One Goal: Stronger Communities.
Why Community Impact Grants? Great neighborhoods are built on local leadership, shared ideas, and strong relationships. We invest in local ideas that bring people together, improve quality of life, and support connection and collaboration. Each grant type has its own guidelines, application steps, and timelines. Additional funding opportunities, including one-time or seasonal grants, may be announced as additional resources become available.
