Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12 (b)(2), (e) and Sec. 3.02 of the City of Charlotte Charter, Charlotte City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, September 22 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, located at 600 East Fourth Street, in the Council Chamber.
