Community Partnership Grants

The Community Partnership Grant supports small nonprofits (with operating budgets of $250,000 or less) working in collaboration with neighborhood groups to deliver community-focused projects. This grant is designed to encourage shared goals, mutual support, and deeper connections between nonprofits and the neighborhoods they serve.

Application Timeline:

Applications open mid-January and close March 1.
