Project Overview

The project will complete a new segment of the Cross Charlotte Trail along Mallard Creek, from Pavilion Boulevard to Kempsford Drive. The trail will make connections to Cross Charlotte Trail segment 10: Mallard Creek Church Road to Pavilion Boulevard to the Truliant Amphitheater (formerly PNC Pavilion), Pavillion Village, Tryon Street and Kempsford Drive. The project team is coordinating with Charlotte Water's Mallard Creek Wastewater Treatment Improvement & Expansion Project to complete this project. Charlotte Water is providing an on-site construction inspector, who visits the site daily during construction.
