Announcement

March 13, 2024 - Real estate acquisition is underway. During this phase the city acquires the property rights needed to build and maintain the improvements that were identified during the design phase. The project team is coordinating with sewer project in the vicinity.

Project Overview

The project will complete a new segment of the Cross Charlotte Trail along Mallard Creek, from Pavilion Boulevard to Kempsford Drive. The project team will identify locations that will connect the trail to the broader area bicycle and pedestrian network. The specific project limits and trail alignments will be defined during the planning and design phases. They will be posted on this page and shared with the community once they are determined.
