Project Overview

This project will complete a new segment of the Cross Charlotte Trail along Mallard Creek Church Road at Kirk Farm Park to Pavilion Boulevard and will connect with XCLT Segment 11 from Pavilion Boulevard to Kempsford Drive.

The project team is coordinating with Charlotte Water's Mallard Creek Wastewater Treatment Improvement & Expansion Project to complete this segment. Charlotte Water is providing an on-site construction inspector, who visits the site daily during construction.
