Solid Waste Services will not collect Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. Put carts out by 6 a.m. on your collection day. If your cart is not collected within 48 hours of your collection day, call 311 to report a missed collection.
Once all reviewers have approved the plans they will stamp them and enter signoffs in the Accela permit system. Because the plans were submitted electronically for review, the approved PDF/EPLANs will simply be attached to the project record in Accela and an auto-generated email will be sent to the applicant to alert them that the plans have been approved.
All Approved site development plans for commercial projects will be archived in Accela under the project record. To search for previously approved plans, please use Accela Citizen Access. Click “Search Applications” under Land Development to query projects by project name, address, and more.
