Once all reviewers have signed off with their approvals digital stamps will be applied in the Accela permit system. The approved PDF/EPLANs will be attached to the project record in Accela and an auto-generated email will be sent to the applicant to alert them that the plans have been approved.
All approved site development plans for commercial projects will be archived in Accela under the project record. To search for previously approved plans, please use Accela Citizen Access. Click “Search Applications” under Land Development to query projects by project name, address, and more.
