City Council approved the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY2027) user fees for the development services groups of General Services, Planning, Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT), Fire, Charlotte Water and Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS). The 2027 Fiscal Year begins on July 1, 2026. The user fee schedules are provided below:
