Thermal Road will remain closed until the end of October due to unforeseen utility and construction delays. Access to residences will be maintained.
A large 9-foot diameter storm drainage pipe has been installed approximately 20 feet deep under Thermal Road.
Construction of the upstream and downstream headwalls are in progress.
