Overview

The Magnolia/Winthrop Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 30 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate system capacity. The project area is bordered by Magnolia Avenue to the north, Ideal Way to the south, Dairy Branch to the east and Iverson Way to the west.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services is hosting a public meeting to present the proposed project design for the Magnolia/Winthrop Storm Drainage Improvement Project. Please join us to learn more about the project’s goals and recommended design solution.
