Overview

The Elvis Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 1027 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. The project area is bordered by Elvis Drive to the north, McKee Creek to the south, Eastlake Road to the east and Cedarbrook Drive to the west.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services held a public meeting on September 18 to present the proposed improvements and begin the easement acquisition phase for the Elvis Storm Drainage Improvement Project.
