During March and April, Charlotte Water (CLTWater) authorized contractors, ESP, Catawba Valley Engineering & Testing (CVET), and Big Foot Forestry, will clear debris and conduct subsurface investigations (also known as test pit or soft dig, similar to photograph on to the right) to assess soil and rock conditions along the pipe alignment. Any disturbed areas will be restored. If we determine that this project will have any direct impact on your property, we will notify you further as the project progresses.
