Visit Charlotte Explorer and type in your project address.
Select the Layers list, click the arrow to the left of "Planning" to expand that layer group. Scroll down to Land Development Erosion Control Coordinators and click the eye to add the layer to the map.
Next, scroll down to Land Development Urban Forestry Commercial/Subdivision and click the eye to add the layer to the map.
Next, scroll down to Land Development Construction Inspectors and click the eye to add the layer to the map.
Zoom to your parcel location, and click on the parcel to identify the inspector for your project.
You can use the arrows in the top right corner of the pop-up box to toggle back and forth between inspectors contact information. If you have further questions contact CLT Development Center Customer Service at 704-336-6692.
Note: the Urban Forestry inspector is also the Zoning inspector.
