Description
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT” or the “Airport”) has various contract agreements which require regular intervention to ensure the Airport remains in full contract compliance. The successful proposer (the “Company”) will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a property, space, and Lease management software solution (the “System”) to assist the Airport with managing documents. The system will ultimately act as a central management tool for agreements and must have the ability to store, track, monitor, update, manage, report, and customize on over 500 leases and agreements with varying entities, terms, and conditions. The System should provide extreme flexibility to ensure oversight of all requirements throughout the life of each agreement.
