  • SummaryThe scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related services of the Confined Space Entry Equipment. All Products and component parts furnished under the Contract shall be new and operate in full compliance with the Specifications and terms and conditions set forth in the ITB.

The Company shall provide Products to Charlotte Water employees for the use of confined space entry. Charlotte Water anticipates entering a contract with one Company.

Insurance Requirements

The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types:

  • Automobile-For automobile operations liability
  • General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury - $2,000,000
  • Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers

Estimated Total Value

The total project value is anticipated to be:

  • $450,000

Contract Term

The term of the project is anticipated to be:

  • 3 years plus two one-year renewals
