Description
This project is an interior renovation at the CLT Center. The project will consist of the demolitions of an existing conference room and creation of a new 520 sf conference room in the current warehouse space. The demolished conference room will be repurposed into a new technology suite for CLT Tech Help that will be approximately 1050SF. Following the move of new occupants into these news spaces approximately 500 sf office space vacated by Tech Help for a new office and video editing suite. The video editing suite will include a structural lighting grid for future light fixtures. New HVAC, mechanical, electrical, life safety sprinklers, and IT infrastructure will be extended from the current services at the CLT Center. All work will be completed outside of the Airport's SIDA area without impacts to the terminal. Normal work hours are anticipated.
