Firehouse 30 Uncoupling Ceremony
Join the City of Charlotte and the Charlotte Fire Department as they celebrate the opening of the city's first all-electric firehouse and fire truck. Parking is available on-site.
An uncoupling ceremony is a symbolic tradition where officials physically uncouple fire hoses instead of cutting a ribbon. This act signifies the start of service and a new chapter for the Charlotte Fire Department and the neighborhoods it serves.
