No Swim Advisory at Lake Norman near Harborside Drive

A No Swim Advisory has been issued for a cove on Lake Norman near Harborside Drive due to a sewer overflow that has been repaired. Residents and pets should avoid this area. CMSWS staff have taken water quality samples to test for bacteria. The advisory will be lifted when the water is safe for recreation.
