There will be no garbage, recycling or scheduled bulky waste on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7. Monday customers: Set carts out Tuesday. Tuesday-Friday customers: Set carts out on your normal day. Leave carts out until collected; service may be delayed. If not collected by 6 p.m. Friday, call 311. There will be no yard waste this week.

The City periodically issues debt to provide funding for capital projects approved by the City's Capital Investment Plan. Managing the debt portfolio includes requesting the budget for the fiscal year debt payments, processing debt payments, and maintaining compliance on existing debt.
