Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services will begin construction soon. On August 25, City Council awarded the construction contract to United of Carolinas, Inc. Construction is scheduled to start in November and is anticipated to take 9 months.
A mailer will be sent in advance with additional information, including the anticipated road closure date and duration.
During the next few weeks, these activities may be underway: locating, flagging, marking and relocating utilities.
