Piccadilly Storm Drainage Improvement Project

The Piccadilly Storm Drain Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 312 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. This project is bordered by Wheeler Drive to the north, Pleasant Drive to the south and west, and railroad to the east.
