Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and Armstrong Glen, P.C. have acquired most of the easements needed for construction. The project team is working on finalizing the design plans.
The real estate acquisition phase should be complete soon and then the bid phase will begin. During this phase, the final plans will be circulated to qualified contractors for a competitive bidding process. Once City Council awards the contract, construction will be scheduled.
