The Hidden Valley Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce flooding throughout the neighborhood. The project is within a drainage area of approximately 1,000 acres. The project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. There are four culvert locations; Cinderella culvert between Hidden Valley Rd and Munsee St; Hidden Valley Culvert between White Plains Rd and Log Cabin Rd; Monteith Drive culvert between Georgetown Drive and Derrydowne Dr; Snow White Lane Culvert between Spring Garden Lane and Bilmark Ave.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and engineering consultant D&A Wolverine continue with the design phase. The project will replace and/or rehabilitate aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. The project team is developing detailed drawings for the proposed improvements.
