Overview

The Hastings/Princeton Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street and structure flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 80 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate system capacity. The project area is bordered by Wellesley Avenue to the north, Hastings Drive to the south, Selwyn Avenue to the east and Jamestown Drive to the west.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services is hosting a public meeting to present the proposed improvements and begin the easement acquisition phase for the Hastings/Princeton Storm Drainage Improvement Project. Please join us to learn more about the project’s goals and recommended design solution. The project team will be available to answer questions.

The City of Charlotte is committed to making services and programs accessible to all. Upon request, auxiliary aids, written materials in alternative formats, language access and other reasonable modifications will be provided.
