Overview

The Elvis Storm Drainage Improvement Project will reduce street flooding throughout the neighborhood. Located within a drainage area of approximately 1027 acres, the project will replace aging infrastructure and provide adequate drainage system capacity. The project area is bordered by Elvis Drive to the north, McKee Creek to the south, Eastlake Road to the east and Cedarbrook Drive to the west.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services is hosting a public meeting to present the proposed improvements for the Elvis Drive Storm Drainage Improvement Project. Please join us to learn more about the project’s goals and recommended design solution. The project team will be available to answer questions.

           

Estimated Cost: $4,500,000*

*includes all costs associated with this project such as planning and design, utility relocation, consultant fees, permits, construction, and landscaping.
