Part of the Cross Charlotte Trail

Project Overview

This segment of the Cross Charlotte Trail will stretch approximately one mile between Cordelia Park at North Davidson Street and 24th Street to Matheson Avenue at Chic Godley Road. 

Some alignment opportunities have occurred over the course of design to take advantage of several city-led projects in the area, as well as private developments nearby. This updated alignment leverages these projects while also reducing overall costs.

The XCLT project team is coordinating with the following project teams.

  • 25th Street connection

  • Matheson Avenue Bridge streetscape

  • North Davidson Street and Jordan Place intersection
