Announcement

February 18, 2026 - The team is working on 100% plans and the real estate acquisition phase has begun. During this phase, city real estate agents will reach out to affected property owners to explain the acquisition process and answer any questions. The utility relocation phase is underway, with crews moving infrastructure that conflicts with the project.

Project Overview

This project will add a right-turn lane to the northbound and southbound approaches at the intersection of W.T. Harris Boulevard and Sugar Creek Road. Storm drainage improvements will also be included on the northwest corner of the intersection.
