W.T. Harris Boulevard & Sugar Creek Road Right-Turn Lanes

Announcement

Nov. 26, 2025 - This project is currently at 90% design plans and is expected to enter the real estate acquisition phase in the coming months. During this phase, the city acquires the property rights needed to build and maintain the improvements. City real estate agents will reach out to affected property owners to explain the acquisition process and answer any questions.

Project Overview

This project will add a right-turn lane to the northbound and southbound approaches at the intersection of W.T. Harris Boulevard and Sugar Creek Road. Storm drainage improvements will also be included on the northwest corner of the intersection.
