Feb. 12, 2024 - This project is now in the bid phase. The city uses a competitive bidding process to procure the services of a contractor to build the project. By state law, the construction contract is awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.

Preliminary design concept (March 2021)

part of the Corridors of Opportunity Program - Beatties Ford Road/Rozzelles Ferry Road

Project Overview

This project will add truck aprons to the two eastern corners of Beatties Ford Road and Oaklawn Avenue. Also, new pedestrian push buttons and leading pedestrian interval signals will be installed.
