Project Overview

The city, through adoption of its Capital Improvement Plan, had previously identified the need to work in partnership with the Camp North End Developer to construct municipal infrastructure improvements adjacent to Camp North End. The public improvements upgraded the streetscape around Camp North End including North Graham Street, Statesville and Woodward Avenues and extended Sylvania Avenue from North Graham Street to Statesville Avenue.

The project installed roadway realignments, street connection, curb & gutter, bike lanes, sidewalks and other facilities. The developer, ATCO, oversaw construction of this project.

Project Goals

The project's infrastructure improvements provides greater connectivity and accessibility for the site and surrounding neighborhoods.
