CITY OF CHARLOTTE INVESTMENT BROKER/DEALER QUESTIONNAIRE
The City of Charlotte (City) is soliciting qualifications from firms who are interested and qualified to represent investment products to the city in compliance with North Carolina General Statute §159-30. The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide minimum requirements, solicit qualifications and gain adequate information from which the city may evaluate the broker/dealer products and services. It is the intent of the city to limit the number of approved broker/dealers to no more than seven per year and to approve brokers for a term of five (5) years.
