The Company shall perform vehicle or equipment maintenance, repair, and modification through the provision of Vehicle and Equipment Welding and Related services for vehicles and equipment owned, operated, or maintained by the City. This includes, but is not limited to welding, fabrication, painting completed repairs and other directly related services. The Company shall provide these services either at their Company facilities or at approved City locations.

- Garage-keepers-For working on or storing vehicles of others
- General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury
