Description
The work consists of providing tree maintenance services at various unspecified geographical locations in Charlotte, North Carolina. The contractor shall perform the work on site at the designated locations, except to the extent the city specifically agrees in writing to the contrary. Unless otherwise specified the contractor shall obtain and provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits and licenses necessary to perform the work. The city will issue work orders for specific individual projects, which may include tree work on private property. When assigning projects under this scope of work, the city reserves the right to either assign projects per its discretion or to solicit project pricing from firms contracted for this scope of work under this RFP.
