  • SummaryThe City anticipates selecting one or more firms for On‐Call Services to include securing structures, asbestos abatement, utility coordination/relocation, demolition, clearing and grading of specified structures and related improvements, underground storage tank, and contaminated soil removal, well abandonment, tree removal, and miscellaneous environmental remediation.

Services may be planned or as a result of an emergency and do not fall within the confines of an existing project’s contract. Most demolition services are urgent in nature and required to protect the health, welfare, and safety of our residents.

Insurance Requirements

The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types:

  • Automobile-For automobile operations liability
  • General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury
  • Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers

Estimated Total Value

The total project value is anticipated to be:

  • $250,000 - 499,999

Contract Term

The term of the project is anticipated to be:

  • Three years with two one-year extension
