Description
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (“CLT”) is seeking a firm (“Firm”) qualified to perform environmental consulting, engineering, and remedial services (“Work”) particular to North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (“NCDEQ”) Underground Storage Tank (“UST”) Section Incident #18989, located at 5414 Airport Drive and properties adjacent (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The adjacent properties may be owned by persons or entities other than the City of Charlotte. Tasks performed under this scope will be directly related to NCDEQ guidance and directives (both current and prospective) to address the presence, recovery, monitoring, and assessment of light non-aqueous phase liquid (“LNAPL”) and associated hydrocarbons potentially located subsurface and/or on surface water, potentially including the identification of the source of such pollutants.
