Consultant(s) shall, as directed from time-to-time during the contract term, provide on-going, on-call consulting services for various initiatives driven by the Economic Development Department. Example Scope of Services include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Economic and Fiscal Impact Analysis 2. Market and Feasibility Analysis 3. Financial Analysis 4.
