Description

The intent of this solicitation is to select one or multiple companies to provide emergency mitigation clean-up services for various Airport properties on an on-call as needed basis.

The Facilities Department of Charlotte Douglas International Airport maintains a portfolio of various buildings, including the airport terminal, offices, fire stations, tenant buildings, loading bridges, among others. The scope of services will consist of rapid response for containment, demolition, disposal, drying, cleaning, and decontamination as needed per IICRC standards and RIA guidelines on a per-incident basis for water, smoke damage and/or mold remediation. Services consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the services as directed by the Charlotte Douglas International Airport’s Project Manager.
