Description
The City of Charlotte extends an invitation for the submission of Bids to supply the City of Charlotte with HVAC apparatus, supplies, materials, and equipment. The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery and other inherently related activities of the Products. All Products and component parts furnished shall be new, and shall comply with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth in this ITB.

Date: August 9, 2023 at 11 a.m. EDT
Location: The non-mandatory, Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. This conference will review key details of the solicitation. Attendance is not required but is encouraged.

Bid Opening Location & Details
All Bids will be received electronically. All Bid proposal documents must be submitted on or before, but no later than, 5 PM EDT on September 1, 2023, via the Bonfire Procurement Portal.
