Description
The Project is the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department’s Northwest Division The building site is located at 1800 Mt Holly‐Huntersville Rd., Charlotte, NC 28214. The Project consists of a new 16,000 square foot, single story facility. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: a) Improvements to Mt Holly‐Huntersville Road; b) New driveway connections to Mt Holly‐Huntersville Road, a visitor parking area and a gated/fenced in, staff/fleet parking area with underground piping to a storm water pond; c) An open air canopy for consisting of a pre‐engineered, metal building structure with standing seam metal roof system; d) Electric Vehicle (EV) Service Equipment (EV charging station system); e) A ground mounted, 249k Wh/year, 208V, 3‐phase Photo‐Voltaic (PV) solar array collector system, and f) A Geothermal well field system with a packaged pump skid.
