SummaryCharlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is interested in accepting proposals for the Maintenance and Management of the City’s Alarm Ordinance Program. The Program requires alarm system owners to obtain an Alarm Permit by registering their alarms (excluding auto, fire, and medical alarms).

The service provider will ensure that all alarm registration and permit requirements as outlined in the City ordinance are met by alarm users, and is responsible for collecting all fines for excessive false alarms.

Errors & Omissions / Professional Liability-For negligence or failure to perform in a professional capacity

Network Security-Network Security-for breaching of our network security
Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers
