SummaryThe Charlotte Mechlenburg Police Department (CMPD), in partnership with the Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) and it’s Participating Public Agencies are seeking bids from qualified vendors for the procurement of Police Pursuit Vehicles, both marked and unmarked. The CMPD adds and replaces vehicles based upon an assessment of usage, age, maintenance cost, and condition.

This solicitation is being handled by the Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance and may result in multiple contracts available to Participating Public Agencies.

General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury
Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers
