  • SummaryThe Company shall provide brush mowing and related maintenance for Airport‑owned vacant parcels, including trash removal, trimming, mowing, landscaping, and other services needed to maintain fields, drainage areas, demolition zones, construction sites, vacated parking lots, and road shoulders.

Each site shall be evaluated to determine appropriate maintenance methods, and additional debris‑removal units may be deployed when directed by the Airport. Services shall generally occur twice monthly from March through October and monthly during the rest of the year, with adjustments or temporary suspension allowed during periods of limited vegetation growth.

The City requires the awarded vendor(s) to obtain and maintain the following insurance coverage types:

  • Automobile-For automobile operations liability
  • General Liability-For bodily injury or property damage, arising from products, premises, completed work, personal & advertising injury
  • Workers Compensation-For lost wages and medical expenses of injured workers
