This engagement is designed to gather direct feedback from the people who build, finance and support affordable housing in Charlotte. The conversation will help shape the 2026 Affordable Housing Funding Policy and ensure the city’s next phase of housing investment reflects a true public-private partnership and meets community needs.

Participants will discuss:

• Affordable and workforce housing challenges and opportunities
• Development and financing realities
• Public-private partnerships
• Anti-displacement strategies
• Transit-oriented development and mobility
• Innovative ideas for building thriving communities

Your feedback will help inform future housing policies, funding priorities and community investments across Charlotte.
