Passenger Vehicles for Hire (PVH) Board Special Meeting

Purpose: To hold two (2) appeal hearings, to allow the PVH Manager to provide a report, and to allow Gabrielle Kelly, counsel for PVH department, to provide a City Council Meeting update. The Agenda for the Special Meeting will be as follows:

4. Appeal Hearing: Prince Ahuwa – Safety Specialist Ronald Silvera
5. Appeal Hearing: Ferdy Cabada Rodriguez - Safety Specialist Wilson Rivera
6. PVH Manager Report: Kim Annette Frazier
7. City Council Meeting Update: Gabrielle Kelly
8. Closing Remarks: Next Meeting is a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026
