October 15, 2026 - Fall CMCSI Class

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Certified Site Inspector (CMCSI) program provides ordinance required training for construction site self-inspectors and other interested participants. Upon completion, a certification test is administered for the CMCSI designation. Certified individuals are recognized as having achieved the minimum competency requirement as outlined in the City's Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance and are qualified to perform NPDES logbook entries for permitted construction sites within Mecklenburg County and the City of Charlotte.
