Eastside Intergovernmental Summit

Join elected representatives from the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners, Charlotte City Council and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School Board for the fourth annual Intergovernmental Summit for East Charlotte residents.

This event will be hosted by:

• Mark Jerrell, Chair, Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners, District 4
• Danté Anderson, Council Member, City of Charlotte, District 1
• Stephanie Sneed, Chair, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education, District 4

The summit will focus on the E.A.S.T. joint priorities: Education, Affordable Housing, Support Services and Transportation. The event will feature a panel discussion. Panelists include:

• Marcus Jones, City Manager, City of Charlotte
• Dr. Crystal Hill, Superintendent, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools
