Education to Employment Virtual Career Exploration Presentation

Join us for a Virtual Career Exploration Presentation and discover how the City of Charlotte’s Education to Employment (E2E) program connects high school graduates to rewarding careers.

The E2E program provides recent high school graduates from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) with valuable career opportunities and professional development. Recent graduates will receive starting pay at $23.50 per hour, employee benefits and training.

Minimum requirements for each full-time position:

  • Class of 2026 graduate from CMS with a high school diploma.
  • Be 18 years or older by July 13, 2026.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, a criminal background check and DMV report.

There will be virtual information sessions for students and parents interested in the program on Tuesday, March 3, at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
