Speakers:
Nia McAdoo is an entrepreneur, commercial real estate investor and cultural curator dedicated to building businesses that create lasting community impact. She is the founder of Note and Accord, a custom fragrance house with studios in Charlotte and Durham, and co-founder of The Homage Exhibit, a traveling Black history exhibition. She previously served as a co-facilitator for the City of Charlotte's Amp Up small business program.
Tamika L. Porter, MBA is the Founder and Principal of Porter Financial Services, LLC, where she serves as a Financial Controller & CFO to growing businesses. She holds an MBA in Finance and brings more than 25 years of experience across corporate finance, accounting, and treasury, with a strong background in the banking and manufacturing sectors. Tamika partners with business owners to strengthen their financial operations through accounting, tax compliance, payroll, and strategic financial guidance.
Amanda Burns is a Vice President, Workplace Banking & Financial Empowerment Leader with Truist Bank. She has more than 18 years of banking experience giving her a broad understanding of the financial industry and client needs.
