What

Charlotte’s Office of Youth Opportunities (OYO) will host its 2026 closing ceremony, celebrating youth participants, community partners, host employers, and the collective impact of the program’s work to connect young people with paid work experience, mentorship, career exploration, and leadership development.

This is also a celebration of the 40-year anniversary of the Mayor’s Youth Employment Program, the 10-year milestone of Envision and OYO’s expanded summer career experiences.
