Charlotte City Council to Hold Special Meeting October 26

Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12 (b)(2), (e) and Sec. 3.02 of the City of Charlotte Charter, Mayor Rob Harrington is calling a special meeting of the Charlotte City Council for Monday, October 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, located at 600 East Fourth Street in room 267.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss policy items and to consider and take action on any agenda items for the regular Charlotte City Council Business meeting portions previously scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber.

The public may access the meeting in-person or livestream the meeting on the city’s YouTube or Government Channel.
