Description

The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified service providers for Electrostatic Painting Services. These services may be used in Charlotte Fire Department firehouses, Fleet, as well as other facilities maintained by General Services. Requested services include the complete cleaning, resurfacing, and recoating of Apparatus Bay doors, frames, walls, and other items. Prospective vendors must have extensive experience with electrostatic painting, preferably in the context of delivering services to local government entities. It is imperative that any potential contamination is contained, and prospective vendors must clearly demonstrate their approach to preventing overspray in workspaces. The City anticipates selecting a single vendor for an award but reserves the right to select multiple vendors should the need arise.  All proposal documents must be submitted on or before but no later than 5:00 p.m. via the Procurement Portal, Bonfire. To access the portal, please register as a user. Once registered, chose the relevant opportunity by selecting “View Opportunity.” All Proposal Documents are located on the opportunity page for download. Once completed, please upload the required documents to submit your proposal. All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically via Bonfire through the “Vendor Discussions” section of the relevant solicitation page.
